The Ohio State Women's Soccer team got their first win of the season, shutting out the Pittsburgh Panthers 2-0 on Friday night.
Tiffany Cameron got the Buckeyes on the board with her first goal of the 2010 campaign when she found the back of the net off a corner deflection from Caitlyn Martin in the 20th minute.
Liz Sullivan would later tack on another goal as she scored off of a free kick from midfield in the 63rd minute. The insurance tally by Sullivan was her first ever goal as a Buckeye.
After playing Marquette last Sunday and Pittsburgh on Friday night, the Buckeyes (1-1-1) will take on another team from the Big East Conference in the West Virginia Mountaineers (1-1-0) at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm. West Virginia has made the NCAA tournament 10 years running and continues to be one of the top Women's Soccer programs in the Big East Conference.
