Santonio Strikes Again!!! Jets Win thriller

Santonio Holmes has been the winner not once, not twice but three times this weeek giving the Jets a 8-2 record for the season as the Jets continue to keep pace with the Patriots (who won there game today against the Colts today) this team seems to like to win the hard way as Houston scored first, then the Jets came furiosly back to get the the score at the end of the half 13-7. There onslaught continued with a Touchdown from the eventual Hero (Santonio Holmes) in the 3rd quarter and gave the Jets a comfortable lead heading into the Fourth. But no lead is sacred in this NFL season as the Houston came back and lead 27-24 in the closing minutes of the fourth (a Shonn Greene fumble, a Field Goal, and a Arian Foster run for a TD helped). But this team showed resiliency once again as a big catch from Braylon Edwards followed by the Play of the Game by Santonio Holmes all but seeled the victory for the Jets 30-27. Sanchez finished with 3 TD's and 1 INT, followed by Santonio Holmes's 7 catches, 126 yards.
"It's Just me playing football" said Santonio Holmes

Obviously the Jets aren't playing pretty football but at the end of the day they are finding ways to win which is the one thing that counts in the cutthroat NFL.

NOTES: OT Damien Woody left the game with an MCL injury and did not return to the game, he will probably miss the Thanksgiving game with Wayne Hunter replacing him.
